1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and v786 ("v786", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services available at v786.net, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and any other gaming products offered now or in the future.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of v786.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the v786 platform.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one v786 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering your v786 account, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name as it appears on your CNIC or other valid government-issued ID.
• Provide a valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your own name — this number will be used for OTP two-factor authentication and account security alerts.
• Provide an accurate date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Create a secure, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Keep all registration information accurate and up to date. Notify v786 promptly if any of your details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v786 username and password. Any activity that occurs on your account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is considered to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.

v786 will never contact you via email, SMS, or live chat to ask for your password. If you receive any such request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Verification (KYC)

v786 operates a full KYC verification programme in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be asked to verify your identity at registration, before your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits reach certain thresholds, or at any other time at v786's discretion. Documents typically requested include a copy of your CNIC (front and back), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and screenshots of your EasyPaisa or JazzCash account showing ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

v786 processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency channels (USDT/BTC).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• EasyPaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your v786 balance within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes.
• v786 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds cannot be reversed once they have been confirmed and credited to your v786 account balance.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit — this is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• EasyPaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 2 to 4 business hours.
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players only. v786 reserves the right to decline or withdraw a bonus offer from any player at its discretion.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering completion are forfeited.
• v786 reserves the right to recalculate, adjust, or void bonuses if it determines that player behaviour is inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming — including but not limited to low-margin betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit or abuse v786's bonus system constitutes a material breach of these Terms. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, using automated software, or any other form of systematic bonus manipulation. v786 reserves the right to close accounts involved in bonus abuse and to withhold all associated balances pending investigation.

6 Betting Rules

v786 offers sports betting markets including but not limited to cricket (PSL, Pakistan internationals, Test matches, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports and esports events. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. v786 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where specifically permitted by the applicable sport rules.
• v786 reserves the right to limit, void, or cancel any bet that has been placed on markets affected by erroneous odds — including obvious pricing errors — regardless of whether the bet has been accepted by the system.
• In-play bets are subject to real-time odds changes. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the final odds applicable to that bet, not the odds displayed at the time you began the bet-placement process.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market are set by v786 and displayed within each betting market. Bets exceeding payout limits may be reduced or refused.
• In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or voided sporting event, v786's void and settlement rules for that specific sport apply. Cricket matches interrupted by rain or other factors are settled per DLS method or voided if no DLS target is applicable, depending on the competition rules.
• v786 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice — including during live events — if it deems it necessary to protect the integrity of the market.

7 Casino & Games

v786's casino section includes live dealer tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar), RNG slots from licensed providers (Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, and others), and fishing games including Caishen Fishing. All games are governed by the individual game provider's rules in addition to these Terms.

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on v786 use certified RNG technology audited by recognised independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes.

• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information use in connection with sports betting markets.
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions to evade AML controls, or use of v786 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Impersonating another player or v786 staff member.
• Providing false or misleading information during KYC verification or at any other stage of account management.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

v786 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the v786 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v786 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform — including but not limited to losses arising from betting outcomes, technical failures, service interruptions, or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

v786 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, or circumstances beyond v786's reasonable control (including internet service provider failures, power outages, or government-mandated access restrictions in Pakistan) may temporarily affect platform availability.

In all cases where v786 is found to be liable, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your v786 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to Terms

v786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, v786 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification banner. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of v786.net after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting our support team.

13 Account Termination

Either you or v786 may terminate your account at any time. You may request account closure by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered EasyPaisa or JazzCash account within 5 business days.

v786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account with immediate effect, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms — including but not limited to: providing false registration information, engaging in fraud or bonus abuse, operating multiple accounts, or facilitating money laundering. In the event of account closure for cause, v786 may withhold balances pending investigation and will not be obligated to return bonus-derived winnings.

v786 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a full resolution within 14 calendar days. If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint through the relevant dispute resolution mechanism available under the platform's governing licence terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as specified under the platform's operating licence.
